It is crucial to include abbreviations, street numbers, correct house or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) to guarantee on-time delivery. We are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at checkout.

We ship with FedEx, USPS, and UPS, all of which are currently experiencing delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on their operations.

Due to social distancing measures, signatures are no longer required for order deliveries.

Our main warehouse is based in China.

We are currently offering free global shipping with no minimum purchase required.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
We process all orders within 24-48 hours, ensuring you receive your product as soon as possible.

Typically, delivery takes 7-12 business days after your order is placed.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package hasn’t arrived, or if the tracking shows it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim (support@amalfifabric.com).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 30 days for claim processing.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or credits are issued for packages confirmed delivered.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) is out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and refund you for the out-of-stock item(s) to your original payment method. Please note, multiple packages may arrive separately if your order includes several items.
