Shipping Policy

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and arrives on time, as advertised, please double-check that your address is entered accurately with all necessary details.

It is crucial to include abbreviations, street numbers, correct house or apartment numbers, phone number, email address and route information (if applicable) to guarantee on-time delivery. We are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at checkout.

USA POST NOTICE
We ship with FedEx, USPS, and UPS.

WHERE IS YOUR HQ AND WAREHOUSE LOCATED?
Our main warehouse is based in USA, UK and China.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
We process all orders within 24–48 hours (business days).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

• USA, Canada, UK, Australia & major EU countries: 7–14 business days
• Other countries / remote locations: 14–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and peak periods. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package hasn’t arrived, or if the tracking shows it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim (support@amalfifabric.com).

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 30 days for claim processing.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or credits are issued for packages confirmed delivered.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) is out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and refund you for the out-of-stock item(s) to your original payment method. Please note, multiple packages may arrive separately if your order includes several items.
