Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, simply choose a shipping method and send your item back to us.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To evaluate the issue, clear photos, a short video showing the problem, and photos of the original packaging and shipping label must be provided. Claims without clear photo and video proof will not be accepted. Once verified, an appropriate replacement, refund, or solution will be provided.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us with any concerns regarding specific items.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To get the item you want faster, return your current item, and once the return is processed, place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@amalfifabric.com.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, the order is automatically processed for shipping and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Size / Color changes may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
